Shipping Policy

Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking number. When your order has been fulfilled, your tracking number will be provided in an email notification.

Standard shipping lead times will vary between 3-8 days depending on your location and remoteness.

If your order is placed before 2pm (AEST) on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday we will ship the same day.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

 

AU Standard Shipping:

We charge a $10 flat fee on all domestic standard shipping orders.

 

International Shipping:

We ship Internationally! The following estimates have been provided from the Australia Post website:

New Zealand: 9 - 15 Business Days*

United Kingdom: 9 - 25 Business Days*

United States: 15 - 25 Business Days*

$20 AUD flat rate applies on all international orders

Luxurious Lashes & Beauty ® is not responsible for nor has control over any charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported into some countries (such as those within the United Kingdom or the European Union) Duties & Taxes are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us.
